SCOTUS Decision on ACA Today!

I am getting really anxious this morning awaiting the announcement of the Supreme Court’s decision on the Affordable Care Act.

I think they will uphold parts of the act but not the mandate, although the mandate really is the piece that holds it all together. After all, the point is that to create much-needed protections and improvements to health insurance, everyone must be insured…
